  @bt_uk Are you having a laugh wheres the small print saying you need to pay extra for this service, I'm new to BT Fibre to the home and have issues with more than one device streaming I get buffering, when I had standard copper with sky I never had an issue with wifi, work that one out

  @bt_uk The disc I have now will not connect wirelessly with router. Even right next to it. I really don’t want to hard reset the router again like last time. Could it be the router that’s the problem?

  @bt_uk Hi. Sorry. Had to pop out. The problem has never been from exchange to router. Someone suggested radio interference causes the dropouts. Thanks for sending another disc. I have used the app to position before.

  @bt_uk my internet has been silly slow speeds for months, it been turning on and off randomly, I’ve tried resetting my hub and nothing works. After nearly a year of this I want out of my contract. I’ve tried calling and live chat numerous times but nothing. DM + sort this please!

  @bt_uk I feel like most of the people having issues just either don't know how to set up basic equipment or think WiFi is magic and can pass through anything. I actually pay attention to positioning relative to walls and I couldn't be happier with my service.
